Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing operations during your designated shifts and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Duties:
- Supervise and lead a team of employees during shifts
- Ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, kitchen, or hospitality roles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- Experience in hospitality or assistant manager roles is a plus
- Familiarity with food service management practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
